Dr. Man Zhang, is an Associate Professor of International Business at College of Business Administration, Bowling Green State University. She earned her PhD in International Business from Washington State University. Before pursuing a PhD, she worked at Major University in Thailand for five years. Dr. Zhang has been involved with AIB-Midwest since 2008. She served in different executive positions in this chapter, including secretary and Program Chair. During her time at BGSU, Dr. Man Zhang’s primary teaching responsibilities have been with International Business courses for both undergraduate and graduate students.  Her research focuses on entrepreneurial capabilities of small exporting firms in emerging markets. Her research was accepted for publication in outlets such as the Multinational Business Review, Information Systems Journal, Journal of Business Research, Journal of Global Marketing, Journal of International Entrepreneurship, Journal of Technology Research, Journal of Global Information Management,  Journal of Academy of Business and Economics and ICIS proceedings etc. Her most recent research involved global companies in three countries, namely China, Thailand and S.Korea.
