Professor Kingshuk Mukherjee is the Chair of the Global Business Leadership Department at CSB/SJU, as well as the Gross Chair of the Liberal Arts. He has been with CSB/SJU since 2008. His major area of focus is Global Supply Chain Management along with Capstone Strategy courses. His areas of research include Global Supply Chain Management, Sourcing, Logistics, International Business, Strategy, and Experiential Learning. Malgorzata Plecka
Program Chair
Dr. Malgorzata Plecka is an assistant professor in the Economics and Finance Department at Winona State University. She received her Ph. D. in Economics from the Poznan University of Economics and Business in Poznan, Poland. She has authored articles dealing with international economics, economics of national security, social economy, and sustainable economic development. Active member of the Association of International Business, Research, and Practice (AIBRP) since 2020 and a program chair.

Peter Geib
Co-treasurer
Dr. Peter Geib is Emeritus Professor of International Management and currently adjunct Professor at Minnesota State University Moorhead. He holds a PhD from the University of Michigan and was a postdoctoral fellow at Yale University. He has widely published. His research focus is strategic management in transition economies including Central Europe and the far East. He has had a long standing interest in China. Other activities include consulting and a role in the development of international programming at Mn.State University Moorhead.

Gaye Acikdilli

Gaye Acikdilli is an Assistant Professor with the Thomas School of Business at the University of North Carolina at Pembroke. Dr. Acikdilli’s teaching experience includes many business and marketing courses delivered at both the bachelor and master levels for more than twelve years. Dr. Acikdilli earned a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Business Administration at Ankara University in Turkey. Her MBA is from Baskent University which was her previous full-time faculty appointment. She brings experience from companies and trade associations. She delivered short-term courses as an exchange professor in Germany, Austria, South Korea, and Denmark. She connects business leaders to students that include presentations, team projects, and academic service-learning (S-L) opportunities. Dr. Acikdilli's research focuses on global marketing and business as well as entrepreneurship and sustainability. Her work has been published in the Journal of Business Ethics, Journal of Marketing Theory and Practice, International Journal of Business & Emerging Markets, Journal of International Consumer Marketing, Journal of the Knowledge Economy, among others. She actively participates in international academic conferences.

Christopher Ziemnowicz

Christopher Ziemnowicz is a full Professor at the University of North Carolina at Pembroke, where he served for six years as Department Chair for Management, Marketing, and International Business. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from George Mason University and an MBA in International Business from American University in Washington DC. First teaching at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech), he facilitated a faculty exchange program with the Social Sciences and Economics Institute at the Warsaw University of Technology (Warsaw Tech). He established new business ventures and served as General Manager of a food service business in Washington, DC. He returned to teaching at Susquehanna University in Pennsylvania and also conducted business consulting for the Small Business Development Center at Bucknell University. He developed entrepreneurial ventures while earning a Ph.D. in management at Warsaw Tech. Returning to academe at the College of Saint Rose in Albany, NY, he served as the Department Head for Business Administration and as the Director of the Graduate Business Programs. His next appointment was with Concord University, a part of the West Virginia State System, where he also served as the Head of the Business Division.

Dr. Etienne Musonera

Dr. Etienne Musonera is a Professor of Marketing in the School of Business, Mercer University (Atlanta, Georgia), where He teaches Marketing and Management courses in both undergraduate, graduate and Executive programs. Dr. Musonera was a William Davidson Institute Faculty Affiliate at the University of Michigan, and has taught Marketing in the Goldman & Sachs 10,000 Women Entrepreneurship Program in Rwanda. He also taught Project Analysis and Design, Project Cycle, Evaluation and Audit in the Executive MBA program at the School of Finance and Banking (SFB) in Rwanda (under United Nations Development Program (UNDVP)). He has designed and conducted short course training in Marketing Strategies, Project Engineering Management, Supply Chain and Quality Management. Dr. Musonera holds a unique Interdisciplinary Doctor of Philosophy (II PhD) in both: (I): International Marketing and (II): Industrial Engineering from Wayne State University. He has a Master of Science (MSIE) in Industrial & Manufacturing Engineering from Wayne State University, a Master of Science (MS) in Engineering Management from Western Michigan University. He is very active in consulting and offers a unique expertise in Marketing & Business Strategies, Foreign Direct Investment, Decision Risk Analysis, Lean Six Sigma, Business Process Management, Project Engineering Management, Quality Management, and World Class Manufacturing (WCM) Best Strategies and Practices, Supply Chain and Operations Management. Dr. David J. Boggs

Dr. David J. Boggs is a full Professor of Management at Eastern Illinois University and is the institution’s MBA program coordinator, having previously served as the Assistant Chair for EIU’s Management and Marketing disciplines. Before joining EIU, Dr. Boggs was a member of the international business faculty at Saint Louis University for eight years. He completed his PhD in International Management from the University of Texas at Dallas, where he also has MBA, MS, and MA degrees, and received his bachelor’s degree from John Brown University. Her research focuses on institutional environment, international entrepreneurship, and organizational capabilities of internalization SMEs in the global context.
